End-User License Agreement (EULA) for NetMirror

 This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Suzan Dawn, the developer and owner of the NetMirror mobile application (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the NetMirror app on your device, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Suzan Dawn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the NetMirror application on devices that you own or control, in accordance with this EULA and the usage rules set forth by Apple.

You may use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• copy, modify, adapt, or distribute the application
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• create derivative works based on the application
• use the application in violation of applicable laws

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other proprietary rights related to the NetMirror application, remain the property of Suzan Dawn.

This EULA does not transfer ownership of the application to the user.

3. Content & Streaming Disclaimer

NetMirror is designed as an entertainment information and discovery application.

The application does not host, stream, distribute, or provide downloadable movies or TV shows.

The app displays informational data such as:

• titles
• descriptions
• ratings
• cast information
• trailers
• related metadata

All content is provided strictly for informational and discovery purposes only.

4. Content Sources

Movie and television information, images, and metadata used within the application are provided by The Movie Database (TMDb).

This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

Trailer videos displayed in the application are official promotional trailers available from public sources.

5. Location Services

The application may request access to device location information to help users find nearby movie theaters using the in-app cinema map feature.

Location information is used only for this purpose and is not stored or shared by the application.

Users can disable location access at any time in device settings.

6. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated.

The agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Upon termination:

• your license to use the application ends
• you must stop using the app
• you must remove the application from your device

7. Limitation of Liability

NetMirror aims to provide helpful entertainment information but relies on third-party data sources.

Suzan Dawn does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the application.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the application will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
